Russell C. Schallert Russ earned his B.A. from from Northwestern University in 1960 and his J.D. from Marquette University in 1963, the same year he was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar where he was active until 2005. He served as Law Clerk to Judges in Bankruptcy for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin from 1963-1965 and is a Former member of the U.S. Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He also served as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Ethics Committee from 1984-1991 and is the author of “Real Property Foreclosures”, published by the National Business Institute, Inc. in 1989. Russ served on the School Board of Whitefish Bay, WI from 1973-1976, was Chairman of the Whitefish Bay Police and Fire Commission from 1985-1993 and a member of the North Shore Public Safety Recruitment Association from 1985-1993. He also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Hidden Reserve Condominium Association. Russ is an avid outdoorsman and a Perpetual Member of Ducks Unlimited. He joined the STCP Council in 1981 and served as President from 1993-2001. He served as President again in 2011-2013.
