Jeffrey F. Kenkel

















Jeff is a retired consultant with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has 32 years of design, project management, personnel and corporate management experience. He is proficient in the areas of site engineering, hydrology, storm-water management, land use planning, wetland permitting, and construction management. 


Jeff served as Executive Director for the Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation, a pioneering non-profit land trust in Wisconsin, and remains on the board. He is also Vice President & Treasurer of the Oxbow Lake Association in northern Wisconsin. 


Jeff is a life-long outdoorsman and brings his diverse background and broad skills to STCP. Jeff joined the Board in 2011.


With the dissolution of STCP, Jeff will become a member of the Board of Directors of the G.M. Sutton Avian Research Center.
